To sign yourself up as a Distributor thereby earning commission on your own purchases: Call me(904-287-8824 FAX: 904-287-6176 ) OR call CellTech at 1-800-800-1300 and give them my distributor number (002-48-4320). Then give them your social security #.Ask them to sign you up as a distributor. (With your first order, you need to place a one-time ONLY order for #1018, Wholesale Consumer Kit $25.00 (sort of a sign-up fee), along with whichever items below you are purchasing) - for example #670 - Small container of Animal Algae for $20.00 or #671 - Large container of Animal Algae for $52.00) |

Call 1-800-800-1300. Give the operator my distributor # (002-48-4320) and name. Place your order by using the item #s from the list below. Give the Operator your credit card number and YOUR name & address to have the order shipped to. |

| Payment method for either of the choices is by credit card, and verified at the time the order is placed. An order number will be given you for tracing purposes. |
